This policy explains what Helping Companies collects when you use myhelpingco.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a remote staffing company serving construction businesses in the United States. We do not sell personal information.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the basic technical data any website receives.
The form on our Schedule a Consultation page asks for your name, company, work email address, phone number (optional), how soon you need a role filled, the area you need help with, and a free-text description of what you are dealing with. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for a conversation about staffing. It is emailed to our team; we do not add you to a marketing list from this form.
Discovery calls are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and the details you enter, and shares them with us. Calendly handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish people from automated submissions. reCAPTCHA collects device and usage signals and is governed by Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
Our web server records standard request logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure. We also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.
The site itself sets only the cookies WordPress needs to operate, along with cookies set by reCAPTCHA and, on the consultation page, by the embedded Calendly widget. Calendly shows its own cookie notice inside the booking widget. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the booking widget may not work if you do.
Consultation enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up. Server logs are kept on a short rolling basis by our hosting provider. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will.
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the site and our operations work: our web host, our email provider, Calendly for scheduling, and Google for reCAPTCHA and fonts. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
